Terms of use

The agreement between you and OSpark Studio.

Using the service

You may use OSpark Studio to create and manage billing and collection records for an organisation you are authorised to represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for the documents you issue.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and do not share a single account between people. Invite team members instead and give each the role appropriate to their work. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to issue fraudulent documents, to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access to other organisations' data, or to disrupt the service for others.

Your data

The records you create remain yours. We store and process them to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy, and you can export them at any time.

Tax and legal compliance

OSpark Studio helps you produce documents, including GST-style invoices. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and it is your responsibility to ensure the documents you issue meet the requirements that apply to your organisation.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and occasional downtime may occur.

Plans and payment

Where a paid plan applies, its features and price are described on the pricing page. Any changes to a plan you are on will be communicated before they take effect.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Keep your own copies of records that matter to you; export is available at any time.

Ending use

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
