OSpark Studio started from a simple observation: most billing software is written for accountants, while most bills in India are written by shopkeepers, volunteers and secretaries.
What we are building
One place to raise an invoice, issue a receipt, record what has been paid and see where the money stands. The same tool serves a service business sending GST-ready bills and a Ganesh mandal issuing hundreds of vargani pavti in ten days.
How we think about it
Every document you create is a real record in a real database, isolated to your organisation. Financial records are cancelled rather than quietly deleted, and important actions are written to an audit trail you can read. Nothing here is decoration.
Where we are going
Online payment collection, official WhatsApp messaging, e-invoicing and richer templates are on the road ahead. We would rather ship a small number of things that work completely than a long list that half works.
